Refunds:

Due to the nature of digital products - as these are instant downloads and non-tangible goods - we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges once purchase is completed. All sales are final and not-refundable. 

In the rare case of an issue or error with the digital product being delivered, please contact our customer support within 3 days of purchase. You can email here with your receipt and description of your situation: ananeustore@gmail.com. We hope to investigate the matter promptly and get back to you. 

However these terms and conditions will still be subject to any relevant Consumer Protection Laws in your jurisdiction.

Delivery of digital products:

When you have successfully purchased your planner(s), the digital product(s) you have selected will be able to be downloadable through the site.
