Payment is required at the time of checkout and purchase. Due to the nature of digital products - as these are instant downloads - we do not offer refunds or exchanges once purchase is completed. However these terms and conditions will still be subject to any relevant Consumer Protection Laws in your jurisdiction. This includes the Sales of Goods Act 1979, Federal Trade Commission Act, or Sales of Goods Act 1954 and any other relevant legislation. Where there is a conflict between these terms and conditions, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply. These terms and conditions do not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.

All other valid provisions will remain valid. If these terms and conditions need to be changed we will notify users by email or post a notice on this site.

Although we strive to create the highest quality products, we cannot guarantee the planners meet all user expectations.

Concerning payment, we reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order if necessary. If we cancel your order and payment has already been processed, we will give you a refund which is equal to the amount you originally paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify refund or receipt. We accept:
